Diane currently works as people professional in the hospitality industry following more than a decade working in the Criminal Justice System. She is a qualified Interpersonal Mediator, NLP Practitioner and Coach, as well as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Having acquired skills in coaching, leadership and mentoring Diane is an advocate for wellbeing and positive psychology. Her persuit of adventure has lead her around the world, but she is now back in the Lake District, where she was born, enjoying as much time as possible in the mountains.
